Location: the hotel was near to most major bus stations in San Jose-walking distance or $ 4 or less cab ride, bus terminals and San José. The room we had was spacious and huge with tv...

Good old place to stay 1 mile away from a historic theater. Reasonably large and nice styled rooms with comfy beds and wake-up service. In the heart of the city, very convenient. Also, in the centre;))

The place was gorgeous with high ceilings and beautiful tile work. Its location near the Festival de la Luz and the central market was perfect. The rotating hosts were lovely people and I felt very safe staying here. The hotel had a vintage Spanish hacienda vibe and was nicely decorated. The restaurant had amazing food and drinks at reasonable prices. The staff, including Emir, Lillian, and Paola, were all friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, showers had great pressure, and hot water was never a problem.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The room was incredibly comfortable and had a large bathroom. The hotel was very close to an amazing restaurant open until late most days, as well as a bus station and the city center. It was lucky that it was only a 10-15 minute walk from Banh Mi Vietnam, which offers food to go.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and accommodating. They were willing to help with any requests or issues we had during our stay. the location of the hotel was very convenient. It was centrally located and easy to get to various attractions and amenities in the area. Another advantage was the historical charm of the building. It had a cool, old wood building that added character to our stay.
There were some downsides to our experience at this hotel. The noise level was a major issue.
